Summary0000689: Actor leaves sector bug
Description"Actor leaves sector" actions do not execute if player dies or teleports while in sector.
Steps To ReproduceEnter a sector with an "Actor leaves sector" thing actor, any command would do. Then die or teleport (Chaos device).
Additional InformationMay also occur by spectating.

 Confirmed broken in 2.0 and fixed in 3.0 using attached testcase.
