| Summary | 0004629: Software users can look through 3D floors if the adjacent 3D floor is semitransparent | ||||||||||||
| Description | If a 3D floor is adjacent to another 3D floor in software mode, and one of them is transparent, where the faces meet, the texture is culled, which allows the software user to look through the side of the 3D floor. This behavior is inconsistent with how 3D floors are rendered in Open GL and allows 3D floors in certain maps to be exploited by users running software mode. | ||||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Run attached wad. You should not be able to see the Baron of Hell on the other side of the wall, but in Software, he is visible. | ||||||||||||
