0004545: KickFromGame prints error message in console if called offline

Description

When this is called during offline play, a "Network_WriteBuffer: Overflow!" message appears in the console. See the attached screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce

1. zandronum -iwad doom2.wad -file kickfromgame_errormsg_01.wad +map map01
2. Press the switch to get kicked from the game. The error message appears.
