Additional InformationAm I creating my server properly? I changed my link from http to https just in case that was the issue but I get same results either way. This is my startup shell script:

 sv_website should point to a directory listing of the WADs you have available to download; ideally, it should contain all WADs loaded on the server (except commerical IWADs). See'https://static.allfearthesentinel.com/wads/ [^]' as an example. Providing a link to an individual file won't work.

 Visit your link - it does not list all of your WADs, it is just some error page. You must enable directory indexing for that directory on your web server (or maintain a page with links manually if you like the effort.) Again, take a look at TSPG's to see what Wadseeker expects.

 Okay! Last year, my web hosting provider changed all kinds of stuff. It used to be that everything was automagically directory indexing and I had to place those index pages in to keep prying evildoers out of stuff. Well, now it's default blocking and I have to go in and explicitly enable directory indexing on a folder-by-folder basis ~ sheesh! Thank you for your help! I knew that this worked in the past and that error was so strange saying that there was "nothing interesting" on my website = made me think somebody visited and made an editorial opinion about it. One last thing; how do I close out this ticket now since it's not a wadseeker issue?

 While linking to an index is definitely the recommended practice (since you might want to provide more than one mod), I don't think it's intentional that a direct link to the file doesn't work.

 Something unintended is happening definitely, because linking directly to the file should work and having an index site is not mandatory. I will take a look at it.

 I'm adding some automated tests for Wadseeker and this lil boy fixes 9 of them:

 Wadseeker 2.2.5 with a bunch of fixes has been released to the beta auto-update channel.

The case described by the OP, and some other cases as well, should be fixed.

I also added various automated test scenarios as per 0004536 so that when changes are made to Wadseeker in the future, any regressions can be detected preemptively.
