0004461: Decals from ACS scripts that execute a LineAttack call if attached to the Puff of the attack, do not show online

Description

Decals do not show from hitscan attacks created via LineAttack on a server/online even if the puff of the attack has a Decal property attached

Steps To Reproduce

1:Bring out the starting AK from the minimalist reproduction wad on a server
2:Fire at a wall less than 8196.0 units away (almost any wall will suffice with that type of range)
3:Check to see if any "BulletChip"s are on the wall (there should be none if you are in a server)

(0024219) unknownna (updater) 2025-02-27 20:38 edited on: 2025-02-27 20:38	I can confirm the missing decal issue from LineAttack, but on a side note, it's bad practice to code the weapons like that, especially for players with higher ping, as they will not have any smooth aiming if they have to wait for the server with ACS.
