0004426: Possession artifact sprite fix for Hexen

Description

The hellstone artifact didn't look right in Hexen, some pixels were too bright for the palette as you can see in the attached screenshot. I lowered them to fix it. There was also a stray pixel sticking out from the stone that I removed to make it look a bit cleaner.
