Summary0004386: cl_identifytarget doesn't work for spectators in (Team)LMS
DescriptionFor some reason this feature is disabled for spectators in the LMS modes. Why is this? After noticing it again recently, it felt like a bug at first, and it's only disabled in these modes. What advantage do spectators get from identifying players if they're anyway able to coop spy on them and identify other players through the coop spy view? Non-dead players can already see who is alive through the scoreboard, so why shouldn't spectators be allowed to identify them while moving around? Seems a bit archaic to disable this IMO.

It should be enabled for spectators, and if the server host wishes to disable cl_identifytarget for spectators, it should either be made into a separate LMS_* / DMFlag, or bound together with sv_disallowspying or lms_spectatorview, because one would naturally assume that spectators not being allowed to view the game also wouldn't be allowed to identify them.
