0004287: Fixed and improved chat icon that works in Hexen

Description

The current Skulltag chat icon doesn't look right in Hexen when using the software renderer, it turns dark due to the palette change in the iwad. See the attached screenshot. I fixed it, in addition to tidying up the sprite angles a little. I also made it slightly flatter since the original sprite was obnoxiously tall.
