0004229: Ally icon to not be affected by the BlurSphere RenderStyle effect

Description

I think it would be good if the ally icon wasn't affected by the BlurSphere invisibility effect. It would allow you to see and differentiate between your teammates and enemies better. It's also suited more towards e-sports style of play.

See the attached screenshot. As it currently stands, you cannot see your ally properly in the darkness while the effect is on.
