Summary0003276: Unable to adjust user profile timezone to UTC
DescriptionUTC (Universal Coordinated Time) is not an available option in user profile time zone preferences.
Steps To Reproduce

  1. Register an user account if you don't already have one.

  2. Login with the user account.

  3. Navigate to "My Account" (account_page.php).

  4. From there, navigate to "Preferences" (account_prefs_page.php).

  5. For "Time Zone", look for UTC.
