0003083: Backport +FORCEDECAL and +NODECAL (Bulletpuff Flags)

Description

Since the ACS function Warp has been added, I have finally been able to clean up my Third Person Camera mod, but there's still one downside- It leaves decals on the wall behind the player. If +FORCEDECAL and +NODECAL were added, I could fix this.

(0017281) Torr Samaho (administrator) 2017-04-23 15:07	You're lucky, this turned out to be easily doable and the code looks like it won't change the behavior if the flags are not used. I pushed the backport to the repository. Can you check if it works as intended?
