0002347: Going fullscreen will break resolution if ran in window mode

Description

Subj. On OS X, if you start Zandronum in windowed mode, go fullscreen and the fullscreen resolution does not match your desktop resolution, the game will be somehow drawn in correctly (part of the screen is black, but whole screen is visible).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Disable fullscreen.
2. Restart Zandronum (so it starts in windowed mode).
3. Enable fullscreen.

Additional Information

I am not sure if the resolution actually affects it, since I can not test with 2880x1800 (Zandronum crashes on that resolution).
