In short, the flag ALT_USES_BOTH was introduced in 2.3.0, but someone forgot to add it to the relevant parser.
Even after the linked thread, that still hasn't changed in latest zdoom.

Can we have it?
Steps To ReproduceAdd the flag to a weapon. Zandro will throw a unknown flag error and stop.

 Tested this out with alpha-150819-2351 and I was able to use the flag without problem.
