Summary0002167: cl_showspawns still visible after a countdown
DescriptionCompetitively speaking, cl_showspawns should only show spawns during a warmup, not during/after a countdown.

The main purpose of this CVAR was to show spawns for people who don't know the map. Having this CVAR on during a game only affects player visibility (if I'm white, I'm blending with the duel color particles).
Steps To ReproducePlay a duel/Team-based game with cl_showspawns on.
Additional InformationQuake / [Insert XXX Competitive game with show spawns feature] auto-hides "show spawns" elements during, and after a countdown.

Odamex failed to fix it (and did the HUGE mistake to add a serverside cvar to allow seeing them or not).

Prodamex (my personnal fork) fixed it however, and forced it to be a bool clientside-only CVAR.
