|Description||Competitively speaking, cl_showspawns should only show spawns during a warmup, not during/after a countdown. |
The main purpose of this CVAR was to show spawns for people who don't know the map. Having this CVAR on during a game only affects player visibility (if I'm white, I'm blending with the duel color particles).

|Additional Information||Quake / [Insert XXX Competitive game with show spawns feature] auto-hides "show spawns" elements during, and after a countdown.|
Odamex failed to fix it (and did the HUGE mistake to add a serverside cvar to allow seeing them or not).
Prodamex (my personnal fork) fixed it however, and forced it to be a bool clientside-only CVAR.
