0001848: DMFlag(s) to hide various information from the scoreboard

Description

The scoreboard is currently very fixed for various gamemodes. In CTF, it shows individual captures. In DM, it shows frags. In Survival, it shows the players alive and dead separately.

It'd be cool to have dmflags to hide some of this information from appearing for clients. For instance, now showing who is alive/dead in Survival, hiding frag count in DM, etc. While I specifically want the survival one for sure, I figure extending it for other modes might have a benefit as well.

On that note, Spectators should always still be shown as spectating.
