Summary

0001806: HTML rendering in Server Details category is broken

Description

Server Details has problems with displaying stuff after scrolling. Strange lines appear, blocking the vision. Check the screenshots for a reference.
Additionally, there are double scrollbars.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Doomseeker.
2. Select any server from the list. The one that has many players is preferred.
3. Open Server Details category (⌘D).
4. Try to scroll.
5. Take a note that there are double scrollbars.

Additional Information

The left HTML view was scrolled with Trackpad. The right one was scrolled with a mouse wheel.
Since scrolling with Trackpad is smooth and involves moving almost every pixel, you can see that the view is obstructed pretty much completely, while scrolling with mouse wheel involves a lot of space being scrolled, rendering in just one bad line, but it's still here anyway.
