Summary0001412: Preferences menu item becomes unavailable after Create Server is used
DescriptionTitle. The Preferences item grays out, and doesn't light up again after the Create Server window is closed.

 Turns out this is a bug within Qt itself:'https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-16407 [^]'

I've applied the patch to my Qt build so this can be considered fixed.
