0001384: SpringPadZone Desyncs Objects and Monsters

Description

Objects that bounce with SpringPadZone enabled sectors do not display the proper coorinated Z-Height. Over time, odjects (monsters included) will stop displaying vertical movement correctly and will occasionally apprear to be on the ground.

(0006646) Arco (updater) 2013-07-15 15:01	I think SpringTest.wad facilitates this issue to a fair degree, as the imps that are on the area with SpringPadZone Appear to stumble and lag even with very low pings, and this issue is constant in v1.0.
