 With this commit, demo recording of offline games is possible:

However, tracker issue 1295 points out that single player/offline demo recording may not work properly in Zandronum <2.0. The functionality has been tested with Chocolate Doom, though, and works properly.

"Command Line" button in create server dialog will not add the -record command, as the command line generated there is for hosting a server and not for a offline game. We could consider building command line for offline games too.

 It's up for testing on beta update channel. Heed to my previous comment, though.
