0001134: CEILINGHUGGER actor stuck on slopes

Description

Attached screenshot. I noticed this while testing Alpha/Delta invasion with Samsara. This is a ZDoom issue since it also happens offline.

Steps To Reproduce

1. zandronum.exe -file slope_hugger_01.wad +map map01
2. Press +attack while standing on the slopes.
