Summary0003216: Scrolling specials completely ignore linedef part (upper/middle/lower)
DescriptionOffline, the third argument of the Scroll_Texture_{Left,Up,Right,Down} specials lets you specify which part of the line scrolls. Online, this is completely ignored and all parts of the line scroll.

Scroll_Texture_Both lacks this option in the first place, so the bug doesn't appear there.
Steps To Reproduce1) Host scroll.wad.
2) Join server hosting scroll.wad.
3) Notice the GRAY4 scrolling, when it largely shouldn't be.

 Fixed. Tested in the latest build, in scroll.wad only the parts meant to scroll, do so.
