I have reported this before, but now randy has made a fix in the zdoom release and I was hoping it wouldn't be too much hassle to port this over

Any projectile actor with a bounceflag (+DOOMBOUNCE, +HEXENBOUNCE) and +BOUNCEONACTORS will, upon coming into contact with the top of a solid actor, lose all momentum and fall through the top of the actor.

The attachment is broken and the example wad in the thread doesn't work with Zandronum since it doesn't support BOUNCEONACTORS or ALLOWBOUNCEONACTORS. And since the ZDoom fix you requested only fixes the BOUNCEONACTORS flag that Zandronum doesn't even have, the fix can't be backported.
