0000986: Zandronum 1.0 fails to run
Zandronum 1.0 will not run. I've set paths to the binary in Doomseeker's Engine preferences and tried to play with both the bundled and my previous version of Doomseeker (an older 0.9 beta, which is supposedly the same version, r389), but it doesn't even appear on the dock. Placing doom2.wad in my Zandronum 1.0 folder and running the app directly produces the same results.

No icon appears, no crash report.
1) Download Zandronum on a Mac

2) Run DoomSeeker and set binary paths to Zandronum 1.0 release OR place doom2.wad within Zandronum 1.0 folder

3) Play Zandronum 1.0

4) Fail

This seems to be an issue with having a binary that works on 10.4-10.6 and 10.7+ at the same time. I have to have the binary pick an SDL framework the first time it is run (via a shell script) and it seems to misbehave in certain circumstances.

As we discussed in IRC. Install the application to /Applications and then run it from there. (It doesn't matter if it actually starts the game, just that the script runs although it is admittedly hard to tell if the iwads aren't properly installed to ~/Library/Application Support/Zandronum/.) The scripts should work their magic and modify the app so that it runs fine from there on (regardless of location).
