0000979: No update on ally/enemy counter status when spectating
In TLMS, when an ally from your team spectates, the ally counter on bottom does not update until someone gets killed.
Needs three people: two in one team, one in another. When the game starts, one person from the first team should spectate. That should not update the counter. The next update will occur when another person gets killed.
I haven't fully explored this bug yet, but from what I heard, this bug existed for a long time (at least 2 years). As I haven't tested this yet, it is possible that the counter updates correctly for enemy team.

Doesn't occur in 3.1 from my attempts to recreate this. Allies dying or spectating updates properly.
