Summary0000974: [0805] Instagib crashes without st_actors
DescriptionIf you start an instagib game without loading skulltag_actors.pk3, the game will crash to desktop and generate a crash report.
Steps To ReproduceStart up Zandronum with no other WADs and start an offline skirmish with "Instagib" enabled.

Guess this is because it assumes Railgun to be present when it isn't.

EDIT: gdb says: 0x083198fe in APlayerPawn::GiveDefaultInventory() ()
Let's see..

EDIT 2: Fixed, it bombs out with an error message now.

EDIT 3: Hmm.. or should it just (SERVER_)Printf a warning and play without instagib?
