0000950: Megaphere impossible to pick up when health and armor are already full
I've seen various instances where if your ammo for a type of gun is full, the weapon can't be picked up. It would be useful if the same principle ca be applied to "Mega powerups" especially in rocket jump maps or other maps that have several megaspheres in one place.

I'm sure you can do this in DECORATE. It's not worth including a new item/DMFlag in Zandronum for it.
