I think this is another Ask ZDoom request. |
|
|

Already possibly. If there is a zandronum.ini, Zandronum will load it in case zandronum-username.ini is not found. It always saves to zandronum-username.ini though. |

So.. In order for it to work the way it is now, Rename my existing Zandronum-Username.ini file to just Zandronum.ini, and it will work? I thought as well, it should be a zdoom request, since it did come from zdoom.
I'll ask if the above question results in a no though. |

Yes, AFAIK that's how it works. The only catch is that the ini will be saved as zandronum-username.ini. In particular this means that zandronum.ini will never be changed and that's probably not what you want. |

So I guess the best route now, is to ask on the Zdoom Forums.. If anything, its not really big of a deal, I just like to have it fully portable, not slightly portable.
Does get annoying when you switch users on the PC, and all your settings are gone. Unless you use configs like I do heh |

Alright, if you would like to have this more portable, please request it at the ZDoom forum. |
