0000895: 3D lights and Boom deep water effect in the same sector causes player sprite disappearing when jumping
I was able to reproduce this zdoom bug in zandronum and also in skulltag 98d:

and is fixed in revision 3695.

Issue addressed by commit cd88012ab701: out of sequence fix backport from ZDoom revision 3695: - Fixed: Heightsecs with SECF_FAKEFLOORONLY set should not clip sprites to the fake ceiling (since it doesn't really exist).

I can confirm this as fixed. (Using the test WAD provided in the other thread.)
