0000888: Morphed players can't crouch
I was pretty sure that it was already fixed in some version of ST but as far as I use PowerMorph and related ways in the newest version to dynamically change player classes I can't get them crouch. Also, if a player was crouching when morphed he will think he is crouching but for others he will standing still.
Start single player with crouching enabled. Type "give Transformation" and press crouch key. You won't see any changes in your height.

Note that the crouching ability must be activated with +CROUCHABLEMORPH for the morphed actor, like how the changelog states.

After adding the flag to the example wad, it worked.
