Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationIt starts happening after downloading Zandronum and Doomseeker with it's plugin. At "normal" Doomseeker I have the same problem.

Open the configuration dialog and look under Wadseeker->General. See what the wadseeker directory is set to and compare to the old version of Doomseeker.
