Yeah it does work different, no gamma change at all. The only issue is that if I alt tab as soon as gzdoom opens, in which my computer lags REALLY REALLY bad, and completely froze once out of 10 tries. Other than that, while in game etc, it works good. |

Did you test this with the GZDoom revision I linked above? |

I always wonder why Source Engine based games always properly reset screen setting on such occasions? Even after a crash gamma always stays normal. I completely support resolving of this issue. |

Quote from Ivan Yes I did.
That's very strange. We are using this version of the GZDoom renderer, so Zandronum should behave the same. Please try both with a fresh ini. |

Zandronum actually fixes this problem, I tested that in past FNF and SNS. This could be marked as solved I guess. |

No, when using Alt+Tab I still see my gamma changed to in-game settings. |

Is it any different in GZDoom 323? |

I have seen this behavior in every ZDoom-based source port with OpenGL renderer. The gamma mess-up can be achieved by opening 2 sessions and closing them too. |

It is indeed broken in GZDoom revision 323 and 1.6.0, the latest version. Only the software renderer doesnt screw this up. |
|
|
|
Please report it to the gzdoom forum with your hardware specs (graphics card in detail). |
