0000834: Spectators are affected by wind sectors
If you spectate over the windy water in Heretic's E1M7, you will be pushed like normal players are. IMO this should not happen.

It works for the example WAD, but not for Heretic E1M7.

test_specwind.wad shows this.

Perhaps its because there is a difference between changing the wind via acs and having it already assigned to a floor, as E1M7 has Wind East (weak) preset for its floor.

Yes, test_specwind.wad needs a separate fix.

Once we have a fix for test_specwind.wad, it should be sufficient if this is tested on Heretic E1M7.
