0000819: Grenades are broken when fired near walls online

This is a separate issue as it occurs in 3299, before we did any re-writing in this area.

More information gathering: It still worked fine in 3095. I'll check what's going on.

EDIT: The A_ChangeFlag fix in revision 3112 causes this.

The was caused by a nasty timing issue that didn't cause problems in this case before A_ChangeFlag was fixed. Should be fixed now, although the workaround is probably not perfect for all imaginable cases. Please test this in the next beta build.

It seems to be working as intended, but I noticed another minor issue. This also happens offline and in 98d. If you fire 4 grenades in MAP01 from the player start with sv_nomonsters set to 1, the last 2 grenades will not play any explosion sounds when detonating.
