More information gathering: It still worked fine in 3095. I'll check what's going on.
EDIT: The A_ChangeFlag fix in revision 3112 causes this.

The was caused by a nasty timing issue that didn't cause problems in this case before A_ChangeFlag was fixed. Should be fixed now, although the workaround is probably not perfect for all imaginable cases. Please test this in the next beta build. |

It seems to be working as intended, but I noticed another minor issue. This also happens offline and in 98d. If you fire 4 grenades in MAP01 from the player start with sv_nomonsters set to 1, the last 2 grenades will not play any explosion sounds when detonating. |
