0000075: LMS Spectator Settings
When hosting a LMS server, it has a default setting that prevents spectators from talking to players. I really don't see any use for this feature, especially considering it's only for lms... But my main issue is, I'm kind of tired of having to notice this every time I host a server and having to take it down manually. So I was wondering... Would it be possible to make it so the option is automatically set on disabled when someone hosts a server, but can be turned on if the server host wishes to? Just a suggestion...

You could use autoexec.cfg to set lmsspectatorsettings to 3. Otherwise, I really don't know what you want here. I'm leaning towards "it was done that way for a reason," though I was not around for LMS's initial implementation.

Changing the default behavior would confuse or annoy everybody who is used to it. If you don't want it on your server, just turn it off.

BTW: With sv_applylmsspectatorsettings you can use lmsspectatorsettings in all game modes.
