Another client-side desync.
1. Start a server with the example WAD loaded.
2. Connect a client to the server.
3. Join the game.
4. Add 1 bot.
5. Push the switch.

It actually seems to desync once the bots morph. And players are partially affected too. I noticed that the HUD "ARMS" section desyncs once the players morph. But with players it partially syncs back up again once the corresponding player(s) unmorph.
