0000663: Blood decals do not work online in coop.

Description

They work just as they should offline, but online they don't show up. All other decals will appear though. Bullet decals and fireball decals all work fine, but blood fails to appear at all.

Steps To Reproduce

Join any coop server on Doomseeker and shoot a monster near a wall or have a fellow tester shoot you. Then look at the wall.

Additional Information

Some people have said that this bug doesn't come up often, however i beg to differ because i've been observing it and hearing about it for the past week or so. Some people also claim that it varies from wad to wad, but that shouldn't matter considering that it's something that breaks in stock coop regardless.
