Summary0000645: A DMFlag that would disable chat binds.
DescriptionPlayers often spam pointless chat messages which end up just annoying everyone else. Of course you could mute or kick them, but to make it even simpler, why not just have a flag that won't allow binds with the say command in them?

Such binds are also used for legitimate purposes. This DMFlag will prevent those, but it will NOT prevent people from annoying you with chat spam, since they can just use copy+paste.
