If you run Final DOOM you see DOOM 2 skies instead the correct ones.

Oh crap, you're right. I found this in a server that had tnt.wad as an external wad not iwad. Works fine if it's used as an iwad.

Tested it again, I was wrong it was as iwad, not a pwad.
Final DOOM wads work fine offline, but if you start a server with them the skies and some of its textures don't work.

Me neither, the only way to make this happen is starting any Final DooM iwad with the Doom 2 iwad as a pwad, which is something you shouldn't really do and it's not a bug since you're not supposed to do that because both Plutonia and TNT are iwads.

One question: are you joining by clicking "Join server" from the server itself, or joining through IDE?

I'm joining from IDE. The server has TNT as iwad, and only loads a pk3 with some decorate monsters. I think there's something there that's messing things up, as I just joined a server without the pk3 and Evilution runned fine.
So, well no problem with skulltag.exe
