Cooperative:
Silent vote:
Silent vote is feature that works in this way ->
When player ends level, skulltag automatically calls a vote "callvote nextmap map02"
if other players press "vote yes" the server will change map
if other players press "vote no" the message just dissapear on screen
when other player(s) end level the vote is considered as yes
if more than half players vote yes or push end level button (this is vote yes too after first player) server change map.
Silent vote doesnot have time estimate, at any time you can press "vote yes"
Even if you previously pressed "vote no" you just hided message you still can press "vote yes", if you press "vote no" message become visible, if press again hide message.
Skulltag anouncer is silent in silend callvote =).
So it all will help in JumpMaze if someone still wants to finish level. Without who first finish he press nextlevel.
In Strife and Hexen it will help, prevent spam of server using quick level change, making game unplayable.
Hexen has many choices so if enter to Guardian of Ice you called a vote, if someone enter to Guardian of Fire or other level he recalled a vote.
So all need to be friendly and follow to each other, not spam server with quick map changes.

Deathmatch:
As i know if exit in deathmatch is disabled, exit will kill player that tryed exit.
Make exit is teleport to player start position or if no start position use it as random teleport to player_deathmath spawn point.
