0000059: desynchronized/mispredicted movement with custom 'sv_aircontrol' values online
It looks like the client isn't updated about the air control value of the server. Checking the value through the console shows the standard value no matter what the server has it set to. Whether that's only a minor visual thing or not, I don't know.

With an emulated ping of approximately 145ms+, I noticed that if 'sv_aircontrol' is set to around 0.3+, it's as if the air control movement isn't predicted by the client anymore. Everything becomes shaky when you're off-ground (e.g. jumping/falling). It becomes even worse if you enable the 'compat_limited_airmovement' compatibility flag as well.

Another example: If the server has 'sv_aircontrol' set to 0 and 'compat_limited_airmovement' set to 1, jumping from floor-level to ledge-level gives the impression of great lag, even when the ping only is at around 30ms.
