0000530: HURTSHOOTER Decorate Flag
+HURTSHOOTER allows the projectile to hit/damage the actor/player that shot it.
(for bouncing or extremely slow projectiles mostly)
I was hesitant to add this request cause I don't know if it's already possible, but I went through the Zdoom wiki for about 2 hours looking for something like this and couldn't find anything, maybe I'm blind...lol

The problem is that projectiles are spawned inside their shooter, so they have to pass through harmlessly or they'd explode immediately.

This would be needed to make your proposed flag work.

Oh so fast. I just want to post it here.
Idea for my ZDoom patch is from this suggestion.
