0004588: Support for conventional widescreen STBAR and menu graphics
Almost all other ports (Odamex, DSDA Doom, Woof, GZDoom/UZDoom, the official Nightdive remaster) support STBAR, TITLEPIC, CREDIT, etc. graphics that are wider than 320 pixels in order to fill widescreen monitors.

This is done by (in the default HUD only) drawing the STBAR graphic horizontally centered on the screen, no matter how wide it is. It is drawn with the same 1.2/1 pixel ratio as the original 4:3 graphics are, and all the additional content extends past where the original 4:3 graphics end, eventually going off-screen if the graphic is wide enough.

Zandronum does not, so any WAD which has widescreen STBARs don't look right in Zandronum.

Additionally, there is similar support for widescreen TITLEPIC/INTERPIC/CREDIT/etc.

Currently Zandronum assumes any pics which are not 320x200 should be resized to fit a 4:3 section of the screen.

Instead, if the height of the pic is 200, but is wider than 320, it should be drawn similarly to the above described STBAR where it is centered onscreen, and draws with the same pixel aspect ratio as the original graphics, but extends past the ends of the screen if wide enough.

Attached is a sample WAD containing graphics wide enough for 21:9 ultrawide screens. On 4:3 or 16:9 screens, the extreme ends of the graphics would be cropped out.
