0004568: Add ability to hide classes from ALL internal menus, including player setup and multiplayer default menu.
Currently, using `addplayerclass classname NOMENU` in KEYCONF makes it so a class won't show up on the single player menu.'https://zdoom.org/wiki/CCMDs:Customization#addplayerclass [^]'

However, that's about it. Making it fully prevent players from selecting the class on the Zandronum multiplayer menu and seeing it on player setup would be GREATLY appreciated, as a way to have hidden classes without having to resort to Morphing when it's not needed.

Of course, using `playerclass` on the console, or using zandronum functions to set a player's class should still work, as NOMENU should really only mean being unable to see a class on the menus... as an added note, if you're actively using a class that's hidden in the menus, you should be able to see it in the player setup menu, being this the only exception.

Think this is now in the realm of possibility, because of the recent changes that make it so team specific classes not to appear on the player setup menu, linked here.
