0004495: Duplicate teleport fogs spawned for spectators turning into players in invasion and survival invasion online
When spectators turn into players in these modes online, multiple teleportfogs are spawned, making it sound louder sound and looking a lot brighter. See the attached screenshot. This only happens online.
1. zandronum -host -file countdown_deathcount_02.wad +map map02
2. Connect a client to the server and join the game. Notice how bright and louder the duplicate teleportfogs are.

This issue seems to be affected by other players being present and in-game as real players: If there's already 1 client present in-game as a player, the duplicate teleportfog will not appear for some reason.
