Summary	0004491: Map names don't use capital letters in server console with "map" map changes
Description	This is a rather trivial issue, but it's been bugging me for years: When you change the map through RCON or the server console with "map", the map names don't use capital letters or reflect the map lump unless explicitly mimicked to do so. See the attached screenshot. Note that "changemap" map changes do use the capital letters properly.
