Summary	0004403: Separate demo recorder's HudMessage & Print from spectator and coop spy
Description	When you watch a demo and want to spectate as a demo spectator, you're forced to view the demo recorder's ACS HudMessages appearing on the screen. On top of that, the coop spy view in demos also displays the demo recorder's messages when it shouldn't. This is not ideal, and fixing it would make it a lot more fun to watch demos and also make them look and feel a lot cleaner and less busy.
Steps To Reproduce	1. zandronum -file hudmessage_spectator_01.wad -playdemo hudmessage_spectator_01.cld 2. Use "spectate" or "demo_spectatefreely" and notice how the demo recorder's HudMessage and Print messages still appear to you. They also incorrectly appear on the other player's view when coop spying. There are 3 switches in the example wad: * Left one triggers HudMessage. * Middle one triggers Print. * Right one triggers HudMessageBold and PrintBold. These are the only messages that should appear outside the demo recorder's POV to a spectator, right?
