0004394: [3.2] Add duplicate team point counter to upper right in domination mode with Skulltag HUD
After playing domination again with the new HUD and scoreboard changes, I thought it looked a bit empty without 2 counters on the upper right in the cL_stfullscreenhud HUD.
Since players don't earn individual points in domination mode, it was agreed to hide the counters, but after reflecting on the new change a bit, it would be nice if the team counter appeared instead on the upper right where the non-functional points counter used to be.
Other modes like CTF for instance have "duplicate" points counters, one on the lower left and one on the upper right. Therefore, domination mode should handle it the same way for consistency.

Actually, after double-checking with 2 clients, the counter on the upper right is for the individual player rather than the team in CTF.

Here's an idea to work around it quickly: If cl_showscoreleft is 0, use a team counter up there instead of individual player counter, because a player using a fixed counter would want to see how close his team is to reach the score.
