0004357: Simplify the account login process a lot more

Description

Looking at it from a fresh perspective, it's actually very confusing and ambiguous the way the account system currently works, since the login menu is missing features of the login_add and login_default_user console commands.
The process should go more like this:

1. The user opens the multiplayer menu for the first time and goes to "log in" menu.
2. They enter their username and password they signed up with on'https://auth.zandronum.com/register [^]'
3. When they press enter, Zandronum automatically adds this username and password to login_add and login_default_user and saves it.
4. Every time the user goes to back to the log in menu when having connected to a server, the username and password should already be present. Maybe show the password as "****" if it's not safe to show it openly.
5. Every time the user enters another name and password into the menu, that account is automatically added to login_add.
6. There should maybe be a slider in the menu to select between saved logins, for users who like to alias with multiple accounts.
7. There should be a logout command for users to switch between accounts.

It works like this in most other games I've tried before, the game saves the user info so the player only has to enter the game to login instead of manually typing passwords, or having to resort to using console commands to login.

There also seems to be missing a command to display a list of saved logins/accounts in case you have multiple accounts added to login_add. Speaking of which, does it actually save multiple logins? I haven't actually tried it myself.
