0004281: Ally/Enemy icons flicker to respawn height a few tics too early during death state offline
Ally and enemy icons will flicker to a higher position during a death state offline. This does not happen online.
See the attached screenshot. The icon flickers and shifts up to what I assume is the respawn height too early.

The icons no longer flicker over the player's head when they're about to respawn in offline games, and should now look more consistent to online games, as per'https://foss.heptapod.net/zandronum/zandronum-stable/-/merge_requests/167 [^]'

Tested the pipeline build and it works. The icon doesn't flicker up before spawning now.
