Summary0004205: [3.2] Move new scoreboard 10-20% higher up on screen
DescriptionI tested 3.2 and noticed the new scoreboard and it looks amazing, great work! However, even though it's probably 100% centered, it feels like it almost sits too low currently, as the names are put so far down compared to before.

Maybe it's just me, but I get a bit distracted when quickly checking it and having to move my eyes so far down to see the lower team's playes names, compared to before.

I'm planning on adding new CVars to adjust the alignment and offsetting of the scoreboard on the screen, so users will have full control on where they want the scoreboard to appear (e.g. moving the scoreboard slightly higher up so it's not perfectly centred on their screen).

Tested new cvars for alignment with the latest beta. You can now move the scoreboard around to your liking.
